Who will install my appliances?
Martin Appliance employs our own professional delivery teams that are qualified to install your appliance for you. They are people you will be able to trust in your home and that are professional and courteous.

How much do you charge for delivery?
We are able to deliver most appliances to your home in our delivery area at no extra charge. There may be certain items or delivery circumstances that require an additional delivery fee.

How big is your delivery and appliance service area?
Quite large in fact. We delivery to all of Lancaster and Lebanon Counties of Pennsylvania, we also deliver to portions of the Pennsylvania counties of Berks, York, Dauphin, Chester, Cumberland, Schuylkill , Perry  and also Cecil County Maryland.

Do you charge for removal of old appliances?
At the current time we do not charge additional fees to take away an old appliance if we are delivering a new one to your home.

Are there extra items I will need to purchase such as dryer cords or washer hoses?
One thing that makes Martin Appliance different than most appliance stores is the fact that all these items are included in our low price. You will not get surprised by lots of additional costs.

How long is the warranty on my new appliance?
Most manufacturers offer a 1 year warranty on new appliances.

Does Martin Appliance offer extended appliance protection?
Yes, Martin Appliance has a great program to protect your new appliance for 5 years after you purchase your appliance. What makes this protection so different from other protection programs is the fact that you do not need to deal with the hassle of contacting a 3rd party warranty company. If you need service, just call Martin Appliance, the same store you bought it from.

Does Martin Appliance offer 24 hour appliance service?
We do offer 24 hour service on refrigeration products. Additional charges may apply.

Does Martin Appliance offer layaway or financing?
In fact we offer both. We always have financing available for qualified buyers often with a limited period of 0% interest. If you prefer not to use a finance company, put it on layaway and when it’s paid, we will deliver it. (For items that include delivery)
