Bought this a month ago. First one that was delivered was BAD. When plugged in it blew out the elec'l line! Had to hire an electrician to fix the line. :( Almost switched brands. Chose another one to give it a chance. So far so good

So far I am enjoying my new stove. I like many features about it. 1 dislike is that it doesn't come with a simmer option and it cooks on low a lot higher then the medium was on my old stove so have to be very careful. Stove...nice to have 3 racks. Disappointed that a broiler pan isn't included for the price I paid for it.

I bought this a month ago, I have not used it a lot yet. But I have used the griddle many times. It's so easy to make a grilled cheese or warm up left over pizza. No pan to clean, just wipe down the griddle.

This range is not only beautiful, but works beautifully. No hot spots, and I love being able to lift the stove racks! I just need to read the instructions, because I don't always hear the timer go off.

I really like a lot of things about this range. First, it looks so much better than the 20 year old one that I had before and it matches the Whirlpool fridge I bought just two years ago. Love, love, love the flip up grates! My range is freestanding with nothing on either side of it. With no counter convenient to place the grates I would have to stack the individual grates from one side of the stove to the other to clean. Now I simply flip up and wipe one side then the other.
The broil function is inside the oven and the bottom is a much needed drawer for my small kitchen. Old stove had the broil function where the drawer is. Finally, the window is AWESOME! Of course part of the problem before was years of build up on and between the glass of the old oven. But this window just seems so much bigger. Easier to see in especially with the nice bright lighting! No more opening the door to let the heat escape just to see how things are progressing!
The only thing I might change is the texture of the grates. It is a rough texture not smooth like ceramic coated. I really don't mind the texture so much, it's just that lint from the dish rag kind of clings. Easy solution – change dish rags from red to black.

We have had this for about a month. We really love how the grates lift up from the side for cleaning. I love that I don't have to remove the grates. By far my favorite feature!! Another nice feature is the skillet that comes with the range. We use is on the center burner or the two side burners. My biggest complaint is that both front burners are large and are too big for simmering. I just move my pan to the back or center burner if I want to simmer.

I love this gas range for many reasons, but something I truly appreciate is how easy it is to clean the top. The griddles swing open like a book so that you can quickly clean up after cooking. The flat top that came with it is wonderful. - I can cook all of my breakfast items on it at the same time or sear a steak on it. The oven heats up quickly and produces perfect results. Not to mention it looks so sleek in my kitchen!

I didn't receive the griddle that's supposed to come with it. I'm still learning all the features it has. I bought it for the looks and we needed gas which was converted to propane. That was a job. Occasionally, the burners don't start right up. It scratches super easy on the stainless steel part of it. I have had this less than a year, and noticed a couple scratches from the beginning. Totally unsure how it happened. Please be aware. We are super careful because of it! The bottom drawer has to be put in just right or it doesn't sit straight. It's really a pain to do. Over all, I love the looks, my pans have a tendency to tip on the grates. It's not super easy to clean as it claims. It's very fragile, so if you want to keep it looking nice, one needs to be really careful.

I just exchanged my Model WFG770H0FZ for this model WFG775H0HW because the stainless steel does not go with my other appliances; otherwise I loved the quality. I thought that the white model would have the same quality. NOT! (Plus, I bought the stainless steel model on sale at a cheaper price!!!
The difference in quality and workmanship was immediately noticeable with the poorly assemble oven and storage drawer door. There is a half inch gap between the frame of the range and the oven door when closed and it extends a half inch from the rest of the range. The quality of the material for the range frame is very fragile/light weight and clearly not long lasting. I ordered online and did not see the product before receiving.
