We, “Martin Appliance” will provide free of charge under this protection plan, all parts and labor necessary to restore the appliance listed on the agreement to normal operating conditions,* subject to exclusions, provided the appliances are used for non commercial purposes. The plan may over lap the manufacturer’ s warranty and will continue until the expiration date listed on this certificate. Service will be provided on the appliance at the address stated on this certificate. Martin Appliance is the only authorized service provider. Any unauthorized service that is performed on the appliance that is covered by this plan shall immediately void this agreement. Ser vice will be provided during regular working hours and work week of Martin Appliance. We will not be responsible for delays or failure on performing work due to: Acts of God, failure of transportation, accidents, or other causes beyond our control. This protection plan does not cover loss or damage from any external cause such as, but not limited to negligence, misuse, inadequate plumbing, water conditions, or power supply, fire, water, wind, hail, lightning, theft or earthquake. The contract is fulfilled in its entirety if the product is non repairable and is replaced or the purchase price is refunded.
